Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global leadership development programmes across our international network.
• Manage and enhance the digital leadership learning offer and user adoption of new features.
• Lead programme operations: events, webinars, schedules, communications, and engagement.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform investments.
• Provide end-to-end programme administration including budget tracking and vendor coordination.
