Job summary

ZOE is expanding into new international markets and retail channels, seeking an ops professional to help execute cross-border launches and ensure smooth supply chain operations. You’ll own inbound logistics, coordinate shipments, and support supplier onboarding within a fast-growing FMCG context.

Ideally you bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, strong ERP/system skills, and a meticulous approach to execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management.
• Cross-border and retail mechanics understanding of international shipping, customs docs, Incoterms.
• Experience with ERPs, inventory management tools, and 3PL web portals.
• Meticulous execution with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound logistics for international and retail launches; manage lead times and 3PL/retail DC stock landings.
• Translate partner requirements into clear 3PL/freight instructions and verify inbound deliveries meet them.
• Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments; manage bookings, Incoterms, customs docs, and delivery appointments.
• Track milestones, in-transit inventory, risks, landed costs; escalate issues with recommendations.
