Job summary

Zendbox is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to lead outbound fulfilment activities at our fulfilment centre. This pivotal role focuses on assuring that every order is dispatched accurately and on time, whilst inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, along with proven experience in a warehouse environment. You'll monitor and enhance performance metrics while driving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Solid understanding of people management processes, including absence and performance management.
• Commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outbound pick and pack operations to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Inspire and develop a dedicated team of warehouse operatives, fostering a safe, high-performance culture.
• Maintain robust quality control at every stage of the outbound process.
• Partner with other departments to ensure smooth order flow and exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve operational targets.
