Job summary

CuspAI is seeking a Labs Ecosystem Manager to grow our global lab network and provide scientific-level guidance to uplevel labs across disciplines, accelerating AI-driven materials discovery.

You will partner with the Materials Foundry Ecosystem Partnership Manager and Lab Integration team to connect labs with our platform, drive automated workflows, and deliver data-driven breakthroughs in collaboration with AI researchers and chemists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experimental lab experience in materials science, chemistry, or related fields.
• Existing network or knowledge of potential new lab partners in materials science, chemistry, or semiconductor industries.
• Demonstrable automation mindset and experience optimizing or building interfaces for lab workflows.
• Proven ability to develop experimental campaigns based on data feedback and objectives.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to scientific and hands-on teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and host a global lab engagement strategy with AI Materials Foundry partners.
• Build scalable lab partner collaboration frameworks to accelerate campaigns and data-driven breakthroughs.
• Identify and assess potential new laboratory partners for discovery programs.
• Champion automation and drive integration of experimental workflows with the informatics layer.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines between partnership, lab integration, and science teams.
