Job summary

CuspAI is seeking an AI Materials Foundry Ecosystem Manager to grow our global partner ecosystem across Europe, USA, and APAC. You will join a Partnerships team reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations.

Your role focuses on engagement, collaboration frameworks, and coordinating with leadership to align activities with our roadmap and product priorities. Travel and presence in multiple hubs are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecosystem management or strategic alliances in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to independently create and manage end-to-end events, including initiatives with Fortune 100 companies.
• Extensive global cross-cultural experience engaging senior stakeholders across Europe, USA, and APAC.
• Confident communicator with hosting/moderating virtual webinars and in-person events.
• Foundational understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem or advanced materials development.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and host a comprehensive global engagement strategy across our AI Materials Foundry including member engagement and events.
• Build scalable partner collaboration frameworks.
• Act as the primary operational bridge for tech partners, enterprise clients, and elite research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with global foundry stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines between external partner teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategy & Operations, Head of Partnerships, and product teams to align ecosystem activities with the roadmap.
• Work with marketing/PR to spotlight partner success stories and tangible outcomes in materials research.
