CuspAI is seeking an AI Labs Ecosystem Manager to grow our global AI Lab network and provide scientific guidance to uplevel partner labs. You will drive autonomous workflows, connect labs to the Cusp Platform, and collaborate with AI, Chemistry, and Product teams to accelerate state-of-the-art materials discovery.

Your role involves partnering with the Materials Foundry Ecosystem and Lab Integration teams to identify labs, drive data-driven experiments, and scale collaborations across Europe,

Formación

• Hands-on experimental lab experience in Materials Science, Experimental Chemistry, or Semiconductor Foundries.
• Existing network or knowledge of potential lab partners in materials science/chemical or semiconductor industries and academia.
• Demonstrable automation mindset and experience optimizing or building interfaces for lab workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, coordinate, and host a global lab engagement strategy with AI Materials Foundry lab members.
• Build scalable lab partner collaboration frameworks to accelerate campaigns and data-driven breakthroughs.
• Identify and assess potential new laboratory partners and enable automation of workflows with informatics layers.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines between partnership, lab integration, and science teams.
• Act as the lab operations bridge for partnerships, clients, and research institutions across regions.
