Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Labeling Associate to support compliant and timely publication of product information. You will prepare SPCs and PILs, maintain labeling systems and workflows, and collaborate with labeling managers across regions to ensure inspection-ready documentation.

The role requires a life sciences degree or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work under tight timelines in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Good administrative, document-management or operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage labelling publication: process SPCs and PILs for UK/IRL, ensure documents are complete.
• Prepare and publish approved documents, complete formatting and portal uploads.
• Perform publication checks and follow-ups; verify correct document/version.
• Maintain audit trails and compliance records per procedures and guidance.
• Support labeling managers and maintain labeling systems and workflows.
• Monitor data integrity and assist in labeling activities across regions.
