Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Labeling Associate to support compliant publication of product information, ensuring SPCs and PILs are prepared with complete, inspection-ready documentation. You will work with Labeling Managers, maintain labeling systems and assist with regional activities.

The role requires a life sciences degree or equivalent experience, strong admin skills, and good English. Hybrid work Location: UK, with office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience related to development, maintenance and commercialization activities.
• Strong ability to build relationships across cultures and locations.
• Strong administrative, document-management or operational skills, with accuracy for detailed info.
• Good written and verbal English and competence with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage labeling publication: process approved SPCs and PILs for UK and Ireland; monitor requests and confirm documents are complete.
• Prepare and publish approved documents accurately: format, upload to portals, and complete actions.
• Complete publication checks and follow-up: monitor notifications and approvals; verify correct document versions.
• Maintain compliance records with audit trails; follow procedures and timelines.
• Identify and resolve incomplete requests; support quality checks and portal issues.
• Provide operational support to Labeling Managers; maintain labeling system data integrity.
