You'll work closely with Labeling Managers and various stakeholders to maintain labeling systems and support regional labeling and artwork activities. Your Responsibilities:

• Manage Labeling Publication: Process approved SPCs and PILs for the UK and Ireland, monitor incoming requests, and ensure all required documents are complete.
• Prepare and Publish Documents: Accurately format and upload documents to the correct portal, completing all associated actions.
• Conduct Publication Checks: Monitor notifications, quality-control comments, and publication status to ensure the correct documents are available.
• Maintain Compliance Records: Keep an accurate, inspection-ready audit trail and adhere to approved procedures and timelines.
• Identify and Resolve Issues: Address incomplete requests, obtain missing information, and support quality checks.
• Provide Support: Assist Labeling Managers with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality checks.

What You Need:

• A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in development, maintenance, and commercialization activities.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and locations.
• Excellent administrative and document-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines, applying sound judgment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated environment.
• Background in labeling, regulatory affairs, or document management.
• Familiarity with SPCs, PILs, and international teamwork.
• Experience with business analytics tools.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and regulations.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
