Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning & Development Product Consultant to lead the firmwide deployment of Microsoft Viva Learning and drive the end-to-end success of the platform. You will partner with Global L&D leaders, senior Talent stakeholders and regional teams to translate strategy into a practical roadmap and deliver a modern, personalized learning experience aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product ownership, platform leadership or digital product delivery.
Strong background in Talent, Learning & Development or HR transformation.
Hands-on experience with Learning Experience Platforms, Microsoft Viva Learning or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Global L&D Product Owner and functional leads to set direction and advance Microsoft Viva Learning as a global learning platform.
Translate strategy into a clear roadmap, governance and measurable success outcomes.
Drive adoption, engagement and measurable business impact across a global stakeholder landscape.
Use data, insights and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions and improve learner experience.
