Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Product Consultant Learning and Development - Assistant Director to lead the global deployment of Microsoft Viva Learning and shape the future of learning at scale.

Based in London, you will partner with the Global L&D Product Owner, regional teams and senior leaders to translate strategy into a practical roadmap and deliver a personalized learning experience aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong background in Talent, Learning & Development or HR transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Experience Platforms, Microsoft Viva Learning or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global L&D Product Owner and leads to set direction and priorities.
• Translate strategy into a practical roadmap and governance.
