Dudman Tidbury HR Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Lead in Lancashire with a global reach to drive the design, coordination and ongoing improvement of the organisation's learning and development strategy. You will ensure modern, data-driven development opportunities for employees across functions and geographies.

You will partner with senior leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, implement scalable learning solutions and strengthen leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Requires CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent professional accreditation in L&D, Talent Development or Organisational Development.
• Executive coaching qualifications and experience, psychometric accreditation or postgraduate qualification in Learning, Organisational Development or related business discipline.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation's learning and development approach.
• Create scalable learning solutions and strengthen leadership and capability development.
• Partner with business leaders, HR and stakeholders to identify gaps and implement robust development solutions.
• Build relationships with external training providers, consultants and learning platforms; manage providers.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, learner feedback, market trends and business priorities.
