Job summary

Bluebeam is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our global employees. You will keep desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools running smoothly while delivering strong technical troubleshooting and excellent customer service in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll handle incidents across IT systems, work with Office 365, Entra AD, JAMF, and Intune, and support users both remotely and on-site around the world.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of IT systems, devices, and support processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ticketing systems and service desk environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and telecommunications environments.
• Perform basic administrative tasks in Office 365, Entra AD, JAMF, and Intune.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, scanner, AV, and collaboration tool issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the ticketing system, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Support employees remotely and on-site across global locations.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, categorization, and asset records.
• Create and maintain knowledge-based articles, user guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Promote effective use of collaboration technologies and recommend productivity solutions.
