Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a hands-on IT Operations specialist to provide excellent on-site and remote support for our global team, with a focus on EMEA. You will handle onboarding, onboarding events, and ongoing support across hardware, software, and AV systems.

You will collaborate with a growing IT operations group in a multinational tech environment, delivering high-quality service while adapting to a startup culture and fast-paced priorities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills – supporting people in time sensitive situations.
• Exceptional, demonstrated communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• Strong, demonstrated documentation skills.
• Must have prior macOS support experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom.
• Strong Slack skills – communicate technical issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for Airwallex employees and contractors.
• Hardware and software support and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, iOS, etc.
• SaaS troubleshooting for Zoom, Slack, Google Chrome, Google Workspace, etc.
• Provide AV support for meeting rooms and events.
• Run new hire IT onboarding events weekly and set up new starters.
• Own offboarding processes for leavers, including laptop recovery.
• Admin of common SaaS apps – Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, etc.
• Write clear documentation and knowledge guides.
• Support other IT teams as needed and triage requests.
