CEVA Logistics in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is seeking an experienced IT Project Portfolio Manager to lead a global, multi-project programme approach. You will shape how IT projects are delivered, coordinate across IT, business units, customers and external partners, and improve governance, processes and tools for predictable outcomes.

The role sits at CEVA’s Head Office with regional/global travel, offering an opportunity to influence the delivery of major IT initiatives across a global 3PL network.

Formación

• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of governance, reporting and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with budgets, planning and resource management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivery capabilities.
• Work with senior leadership to establish portfolio goals, operating plans and priorities.
• Drive predictable delivery across projects and programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and enforce portfolio governance including status reporting, RAID management and stage gates.
• Own portfolio financial governance including budgets, forecasts, actuals, variances and change impact.
• Lead and develop the IT Project Delivery team and improve delivery practices.
