Job summary

CEVA Logistics in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial logistics projects in Oil & Gas, Energy and Capital Projects. You will oversee mobilisation, operational delivery and client management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage project teams and coordinate with the CEVA network to optimise cost and performance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing complex project logistics or industrial projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy and Capital Projects sectors is essential.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control and monitoring project performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of new business wins, contract renewals, and complex logistics projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, budgets and risks.
• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual requirements and deliverables are met.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.
• Coordinate operational resources across CEVA Logistics network.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.
