Spirax Group in the UK is seeking a Group IT Purchasing Administrator to support global hardware, software and licensing procurement from our Cheltenham base. You will join a growing IT team and help ensure timely, accurate purchases and licensing for colleagues across regions.

Ideal candidates will understand IT hardware/software, Microsoft licensing, and MS 365, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and a track record of improving business processes.

Qualifications

• An understanding of IT hardware, software, and services, including Microsoft licensing and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A track record of supporting, improving, or maintaining business processes.
• Experience providing support within a geographically dispersed or global organisation.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processing IT purchasing requests to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of hardware, software and licensing.
• Managing global IT purchasing and software licensing requests.
• Ensuring purchase orders, supplier communications and cost information are accurate and compliant.
• Monitoring software licensing activities and identifying inactive licensed accounts.
• Providing guidance and support to internal customers and technical teams.
• Building strong relationships with third‑party vendors to ensure high service levels.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
