You will support the Group IT function with accurate purchasing, licensing compliance, and process improvements to enable colleagues across regions to access the tools they need.

The role focuses on maintaining licensing accuracy, supporting software asset management, and delivering high-quality customer service within a growing IT team.

• Experience with IT purchasing processes and licensing management.
• Ability to improve procurement workflows and software asset management.

Responsibilities

• Process IT purchasing requests accurately and efficiently.
• Be the main contact for IT purchasing and licensing inquiries across the Group IT function.
• Manage global IT purchasing and software licensing requests.
• Ensure purchase orders and supplier communications are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor software licensing activities and inactive licensed accounts.
