CloudPay is hiring an Associate Corporate IT Engineer in Andover for a hybrid role. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees globally, providing 1st and 2nd line IT support and helping keep colleagues connected and productive.

You’ll gain exposure to Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, cybersecurity, and IT operations across the globe, with structured training and mentoring to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/helpdesk environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and practical issue resolution.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Organised, detail-oriented approach and ability to follow processes.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to our global user base via remote tools and face-to-face.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents; take ownership of issues.
• Manage laptop builds for your region and IT peripherals.
• Liaise with external suppliers for hardware purchases and renewals.
• Maintain security with least-privileged access and protect assets.
• Operate and maintain business-as-usual IT systems and projects.
