Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Estates & IT Director will oversee the conservation and activation of Somerset House as part of our charitable mission. You will develop and implement a comprehensive estates and IT strategy to evolve the site’s physical and digital infrastructure and lead its execution. You are a collaborative leader capable of uniting teams to contribute to the Trust’s success.

We seek an individual with proven estates leadership experience in a diverse, complex, high-traffic estate. You should have successfully managed building upgrade projects and understand the challenges of managing in-house estates and facilities services alongside outsourcing partners. The role requires strategic and operational proficiency, a bold approach to thinking differently, and strong communication skills. You should be known for delivering results in a dynamic, evolving organization.
