Job summary

Workshop Recruitment in Portsmouth is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape and deploy internal communications across a global workforce. You will lead employee engagement, employer branding, and sustainability messaging with multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities include creating content across digital channels, supporting senior leaders, and coordinating with international teams. Travel is required; hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in internal, corporate or marketing communications.
• Experience in a large, multicultural or international organisation.
• Strong social media management across LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Interest in sustainability and ESG communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• International communications experience is key.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communication campaigns for office-based and operational employees.
• Create engaging written, visual and digital content across multiple channels.
• Manage corporate social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Support employer branding, recruitment and employee engagement campaigns.
• Draft leadership communications, presentations, announcements and talking points.
• Translate complex business and sustainability information into engaging content.
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams and locations.
