Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Group Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications for a multi-country, multilingual organisation. The role reports to the Group Head of Global Communications and Marketing and involves managing the PR Manager (UK based) in a hybrid setup with 1-2 days per week in Wimbledon.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, covering strategy, content creation, stakeholder engagement and change

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in corporate communications spanning internal and external reputation or media relations.
• Excellent copywriting skills across formats and audiences.
• Experience communicating change and transformation to internal audiences.
• Experience line-managing or developing at least one team member and managing agency relationships and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Experience of crisis or issues communications and preparedness planning.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles as applied to written content.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own ISP's internal communications and colleague engagement channels and governance.
• Develop and oversee external reputation, media relations and leadership visibility.
• Lead transformation communications for major change programmes and EVP embedding.
• Partner with regions to enable localisation and consistent global messaging.
• Monitor reputational risk and report on key metrics.
