Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to connect our people to our purpose, strategy and future. You\'ll lead internal communications across a complex, global organisation, guiding executive storytelling, change communications and employee engagement to build clarity, trust and alignment.

Working with leaders and stakeholders, you’ll shape communications that explain why initiatives matter and how teams contribute to success, across functions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Internal Communications or Corporate Communications within a complex organisation.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising on high-impact communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to deliver high-quality communications at pace.
• Experience engaging diverse employee audiences across functions and geographies.
