The skills, experience, and aptitudes we are looking for are listed below but please don’t be discouraged from applying if you don’t meet every single one of these criteria – having a ‘can do’ attitude is sometimes more important than being able to tick every box:

  • Experience of working in an Internal Comms role, managing multiple communications channels (email, Slack, intranet, events, etc).
  • Strong communication skills, with exceptional written English, attention to detail, and proficiency in G Suite.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using insight and analytics to measure and improve engagement.
  • Creative thinking, able to find fresh ways to engage and connect with colleagues.
  • Understanding of global communication dynamics, including cultural sensitivity and time zone considerations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and enhancing employer value propositions.
  • A background in a technology business is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the financial services or pensions industry is a plus.
