Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd. Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an Internal Communications Manager to shape and support our internal comms function across geographies.

You will help deliver messaging, maintain tone of voice, and coordinate editorials, town halls and multi-channel communications. You will partner with managers to prepare briefings, FAQs and talking points, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and group campaigns.

Qualificações

• Experience in an internal communications, employee communications or related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills, able to adapt tone and style across audiences and channels.
• Familiarity with governance, approval processes or editorial standards, with willingness to develop these frameworks.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and guiding messaging best practice.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills across geographies.
• Good project management skills for multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools; interest in AI-enhanced communications.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of internal communications strategy across geographies and business units.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar; produce communications across intranet, email, screens, newsletters and town halls.
• Ensure communications are clear, audience-focused and value-driven within the branding framework.
• Coordinate a Communications Liaison Network across key territories to reflect international operations.
• Assist manager briefings with FAQs, talking points and scripted guidance.
