Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Group Internal Communications Manager to lead planning and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications across our 7,000+ colleagues, supporting the 2030 strategy and culture as we scale globally.

You will develop content, channels and campaigns, align messaging with regional leads, and provide leadership with timely updates, leader toolkits and tailored communications for diverse audiences across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications and employee engagement practices.
• Experience delivering communications for organisation-wide programmes or change initiatives.
• Experience communicating with distributed and deskless workforces.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with credibility at senior leadership level.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience working across multi-territory or global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the Group internal communications content calendar and supports new channel launches.
• Drafts CEO/Group Executive communications across topics for diverse audiences.
• Develops content for the Leadership Loop and other leadership communications.
• Works with territories to align local communications with Group priorities and timelines.
• Brings together stakeholder feedback to achieve sign-off on content and assets.
