Job summary

Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks company, seeks a Senior Manager to provide intelligence and geopolitical analysis to decision-makers globally and to own the Travel Risk Management Programme.

You will lead cross-functional security projects, oversee systems and knowledge management, and build relationships with international security bodies and government agencies to protect employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Commercial Security Intelligence: deep knowledge of global geopolitical risks and practical business use.
• High levels of critical thinking and risk judgement.
• Ability to communicate intelligence and guidance to leadership clearly.
• Proactive, with strong ownership and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication; influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provision of proactive, timely, relevant, actionable intelligence to help navigate security and geopolitical risks.
• Maintain understanding of local, regional, and global security contexts and trends.
• Act as global SME for security threats and risks with clear guidance on impact.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders including international security organisations and government agencies.
• Lead Travel Risk Management Programme to protect employees on business travel.
• Deliver training for travellers and ensure booking process controls are embedded.
