Job summary

Diageo London is seeking a Global Mobility Programme & Policy Partner to own and evolve the global mobility policy framework, ensuring compliant, cost-effective and employee-centric mobility solutions. You will lead governance, provide deep technical expertise and partner with internal stakeholders and external providers.

The role requires extensive experience in global mobility, policy development and governance, with immigration knowledge highly desirable and a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Global Mobility, including policy development and programme governance.
• Strong technical knowledge of international employment tax, assignment compliance and mobility governance.
• Experience translating complex legislation into practical policy guidance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across HR, business and external partners.
• Continuous improvement approach with ability to simplify processes and strengthen governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global mobility policies, frameworks and governance standards.
• Provide technical expertise across international employment tax, assignment compliance and immigration.
• Translate legislative developments into practical business policy requirements.
• Evaluate mobility trends and feedback to improve policy while remaining compliant and cost-effective.
• Manage governance of the global mobility programme and handle complex exceptions.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across mobility processes and tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure compliant, effective mobility solutions.
