Qualifications

• Significant Global Mobility experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of international moves, compliance, tax and immigration.
• Excellent judgement balancing business, cost and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic advice on global mobility.
• Manage a Region or Function, guiding mobility decisions end-to-end.
• Assess mobility requirements and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Reward, HR and mobility operations to optimise outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with policy, governance, risk and objectives.
