QTS Data Centers in London seeks an Insurance & Risk Management Analyst to support international insurance programs for data center development and operations. You will coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to manage coverage, claims, and regulatory compliance across regions.

The role emphasizes project management, strong communication, and knowledge of risk transfer mechanisms, with a focus on international programs and transition from construction to operational phases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Three or more years in insurance, risk management, brokerage, underwriting, claims, or related fields.
• Experience supporting international placements and development projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental risk analysis and contractual risk transfer concepts.
• Ability to work from London and collaborate across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day insurance and risk management activities for international real estate acquisitions and operations.
• Assist with annual renewals and international programme placements with required disclosures and documentation.
• Manage construction and development insurance programmes (CIR, delay in start-up, etc.).
• Coordinate transitions from construction to operational property insurance at key milestones.
• Collaborate with Global, Local brokers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure compliant programmes.
