Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a Risk Manager for a London-based project in the data centres sector. The role focuses on quantitative risk analysis, schedule and cost risk modelling, and leading risk workshops with stakeholders to improve project certainty.

You will develop and maintain risk registers, support programme controls, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Permanent or contract engagement with strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified – preferably with a mathematics or construction related discipline (with post-graduate experience).
• Experience with Pre and post contract phases.
• Experience on complex engineering projects with knowledge of construction lifecycles.
• Understanding of schedule management, estimating and cost management principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) across complex capital projects.
• Develop and maintain schedule and cost risk models.
• Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and risk forecasting.
• Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Support programme controls and project leadership teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve project certainty.
