QTS Data Centers in London seeks an Insurance & Risk Management Analyst to support international insurance strategies for data centre development and operations. You will work with senior teams, brokers, insurers and advisors to manage placements, claims coordination, policy administration and transitions from construction to operational property coverage.

The role requires excellent organisation, project management, and communication skills, with knowledge of international risk transfer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in insurance, risk management, brokerage, underwriting, claims, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or related field.
• Experience supporting international insurance placements and development projects preferred.
• Familiarity with environmental risk analysis and contractual risk transfer concepts.
• Ability to work from London and collaborate across international time zones.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day international insurance activities for real estate acquisitions, leasing, procurement, financing, development projects and ongoing data centre operations.
• Assist with renewals and international programme placements, including applications, disclosures and underwriting information.
• Support administration of international construction and development insurance programmes and transitions from construction to operational property coverage.
• Review insurance provisions in contracts, leases and financing documents, escalating complex issues as needed.
