Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Client Service Advisor for the Chelmsford area, offering a hybrid role that combines virtual and office-based work in Chelmsford. This position involves managing client relationships, renewals and complex insurance programmes within a global team.

You will work with commercial insurance clients, pursuing professional qualifications and maintaining high standards of organisation and accuracy in all tasks. FCA principles alignment is also valued.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial insurance is desirable.
• Currently working towards, or with a genuine desire to undertake, professional insurance qualifications.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and deliver work accurately and on time.
• A strong understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.
