Job summary

Aon is recruiting a Client Service Advisor in Chelmsford to join our Global Client Network team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions and leading renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations.

This hybrid role offers flexible virtual work with time in the Chelmsford office, enabling collaboration with insurers, brokers and Aon’s global network to support multinational programmes and client success.

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial insurance is desirable.
• Desire to undertake professional insurance qualifications.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and deliver accurately and on time.
• Understanding of FCA principles and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead renewals, mid-term adjustments and insurer negotiations to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Design, review and enhance client insurance programmes, identifying opportunities to improve risk protection and value.
• Prepare and present client-facing documentation, including reports, presentations, renewal strategies and cover comparisons.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers and Aon's global network to coordinate complex and multinational programmes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by connecting clients with Aon's wider risk, insurance and advisory expertise.
