Job summary

VaynerMedia in London seeks an EMEA Influencer Lead/Director to shape strategy for Creator and Influencer services across the region. You will build external creator capabilities and an Influencer POV, delivering high-quality results for varied clients.

The role requires leadership of a growing team, collaboration with cross-functional leads, and the ability to develop compelling client proposals while guiding campaign execution where needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creator, influencer, or talent services.
• Proven track record of managing creator-driven campaigns.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience creating and delivering client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for Creator and Influencer services across EMEA.
• Establish external creator capabilities and processes.
• Build the Influencer POV to deliver value for clients.
• Oversee quality of work across services to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate CAIT services within creative, media, and strategy teams.
• Lead a growing team delivering creator/influencer services across EMEA.
• Develop proposals and scoping for CAIT-related services.
• Partner with clients to explain our value and approach.
• Support on-ground execution of campaigns when needed.
