Job summary

LionHires Recruitment seeks a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a 6-person team across compliance, QA, and operations. You will oversee multi-market game certification, scopes for new markets, and safeguard against GSP failures while driving incident investigations and governance.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable steps for QA, casino ops, and commercial teams, ensuring timely, compliant game deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with proven team leadership.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards, game certification processes (GLI), and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, especially during new market scoping/launches.
• Strong analytical skills with experience investigating breaches, outages, and regulatory mitigations.
• Experience mapping/analyzing workflows and driving QA improvements.
• Experience developing or guiding internal tools, databases, or portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a six-person team across compliance/QA roles.
• Scope new markets and support Commercial in expansion while meeting regulations.
• Serve as liaison between Casino Operations and QA for workflow alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end go-live for casino games with certification and licensing compliance.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage incidents/regulatory reports.
• Lead investigations into compliance breaches and advise on player compensation.
• Improve QA workflows and implement governance across markets.
• Own and develop the internal Compliance Portal for certifications and rules.
• Provide risk updates and compliance health checks to senior leaders.
• Evaluate and automate repetitive compliance tasks to reduce errors.
• Embed compliance requirements into new digital products and processes.
• Use data analytics/AI to monitor anomalies and prevent fraud.
