Operating as part of their close-knit, collegial Senior Leadership Team you’ll be working with the business leaders to develop effective and joined-up HR strategies and light-touch processes that help attract, develop, motivate and retain their talented, passionate workforce. Ensuring the HR Strategy is aligned with the company’s short-term goals and longer-term business focus, you’ll combine strong commercial, business acumen with your HR expertise, keeping close to the pulse of the business and operating as a trusted advisor.
Key to your success in the role will be your ability to work closely in partnership with the SLT, really understand the business and deliver and drive HR solutions that ultimately enhance capability, drive performance, increase employee engagement and make it a great place to work.

As you’ll be providing strategic direction, leadership and support, operating as an advocate and enabler of the company's vision and mission, you'll be an emotionally intelligent HR leader with a strong generalist HR background who is used to leading a multi-location, hybrid working HR team.
