The role covers hub coordination, digital planning, and cross-market culture activations, with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Based in London or Amsterdam, the role emphasizes stakeholder management, multi-market coordination, and shaping the operating model for an interconnected global network.

Qualifications

• Strong digital media planning and integrated planning experience.
• Experience operating in multi-market, regional, or global client environments.
• Experience working within hub, centre-of-excellence, or shared service structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hub Coordination & Leadership Support: coordinate priorities, risks, and initiatives across four regional hubs.
• Digital Planning Coordination: align planning activities across Global Brands and Regions; support annual and campaign planning.
• Topical & Culture Pulse Coordination: manage activations across hubs; ensure alignment with global priorities.
• Governance & Continuous Improvement: drive standard practices and governance across work-streams.
• Learning & Capability Building: support knowledge sharing and capability-building across hub network.
