Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking a Global Hub Manager to partner with the Global Hub Lead and Regional Hub Leads. This role coordinates planning, governance, and continuous improvement across four regional hubs, connecting global priorities with regional execution.

You will drive scheduling, stakeholder communications, and learning initiatives, supporting the operating model evolution in a multi-market, hub-based environment. London or Amsterdam-based, hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Strong digital media planning and integrated planning experience.
• Experience operating in multi-market, regional, or global client environments.
• Experience working within hub, centre-of-excellence, or shared service structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex programmes involving multiple teams and markets.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organisational capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support Global Hub Lead in managing priorities, risks, and initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across four regional hubs and report progress.
• Consolidate regional updates for leadership-ready summaries.
• Track delivery across work-streams and assist issue resolution.
• Coordinate planning across Global Brands and Regional Hub teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between Strategy, Planning, Activation, Analytics, and Ops.
• Support annual and campaign planning and key milestones.
• Promote consistent planning frameworks across markets and hubs.
• Coordinate global Topical and Culture Pulse activations.
• Align global priorities with regional deployment plans.
• Manage timelines, communications, and tracking of implementation.
• Capture learnings and share best practices across the organisation.
• Support learning forums and knowledge-sharing across the hub network.
• Identify opportunities to scale planning methodologies.
• Contribute to evolution of operating model.
