PA Consulting Group seeks a Regional Digital & Data Hub Manager to shape, connect and energise our UK hubs. You will own communications, engagement and brand, partnering with Digital & Data leadership, HR and Inclusion to create vibrant, inclusive environments that accelerate digital innovation.

You’ll travel to hubs as needed, with a hybrid model of 2 days in the office per week. The role covers operations, events, employer branding and Early Careers support across Manchester and other hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, engagement, community or hub management within a digital, data, technology or consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence across senior and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering events and engagement initiatives, internal and external.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional hub leadership and operations across the UK, promoting collaboration, innovation and community.
• Own and deliver the digital & data hubs communications and engagement strategy, aligned to Stream priorities.
• Plan external events (meetups, tech talks) and employer branding activities to support talent attraction.
• Build the Digital & Data community across hubs and ensure alignment with LifeAtPA experience.
• Work with inclusion, HR, marketing and central comms to ensure consistent experiences and onboarding.
