Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Global Hub Operations Director to lead our worldwide hub network, setting operating standards, turning demand into capacity plans, and ensuring secure, high-quality work at the service levels agreed with clients.

The role partners with Hub Operations Leads and global stakeholders across Commercial, Talent, HR, Finance, Technology and Facilities to align decisions, resources and governance for optimal performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in a complex, multi-location production or similar environment.
• Strong ability to translate demand into capacity plans and run governance across hubs.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional relationships at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set hub operating model and governance for shared capacity across locations.
• Maintain Hub Playbook for planning, security, compliance and cost controls.
• Assess hub footprint against demand and develop expansion or consolidation plans.
• Lead regular hub leadership cadence and cross-hub learning, escalating trade-offs promptly.
• Ensure readiness for surges, including space, technology, security and staffing.
