Job summary

ENERCON seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance professional to define, review and implement ENERCON's global HSE standards through inspections, audits and training.

The role requires autonomous collaboration with teams, identifying issues, taking responsibility and delivering solutions while aligning with Integrated Management Systems. Travel across regions and HQ is required; NEBOSH Diploma and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH Diploma.
• Internal ISO 45001 auditor qualification is highly beneficial.
• Experienced in Occupational Safety and Auditing.
• Energy sector experience is beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and review ENERCON HSE minimum standards.
• Collaborate with regions to develop ENERCON HSE standards.
• Identify and develop new standards with Incident Manager and Technical Support.
• Carry out compliance audits across regions and ensure alignment with plans.
• Coordinate internal verification audits between regions.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on compliance performance.
