Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to protect employees at sites and customer locations. You will own HSEQ across the EOS group in EMEA & APAC, reporting to the Director of Global Warehousing and driving ISO-aligned policies and RAMS.

You will lead training, audits, and the HSE committee, liaise with accreditation bodies, and stay compliant with current legislation. A NEBOSH General Certificate and 4–5 years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in a similar HSE role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate is essential; Diploma preferred.
• IOSH membership is desirable but not essential.
• Experience implementing ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Experience formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures.
• Full driving licence due to travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an effective HSEQ Management System aligned with ISO standards.
• Monitor and review policies; implement protective measures as required by law and clients.
• Promote HSE standards across group sites and cooperate with department managers.
• Develop and deliver H&S training; ensure staff awareness of responsibilities.
• Identify and prepare RAMS, COSHH assessments; communicate across the business.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; lead follow-up actions and reporting.
