Job summary

ENERCON, a global wind energy leader, is seeking an experienced HSE Compliance professional to define, review and implement corporate and operational ENERCON HSE standards through audits and training. The role requires autonomous work, confidentiality, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate internal verification audits, support safety programs, travel across regions, and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Recognised safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma).
• Internal Auditor ISO 45001 qualification is highly beneficial.
• Experience in Occupational Safety and Auditing.
• Energy sector experience is beneficial.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review ENERCON HSE minimum standards.
• Collaborate with regions to define HSE minimum standards.
• Identify new standards with Incident Manager and technical support.
• Carry out compliance audits across ENERCON regions and businesses.
• Ensure alignment with Integrated Management Systems and Internal Audit.
