Job summary

Ingenico is seeking a proactive intern to support a short-term project focused on improving the quality, governance, and reliability of information across HRIS and Intranet platforms. You will review, clean, and update HR data and content, coordinate with HR, IT, and Internal Communications, and help implement governance processes.

This 3-month internship offers exposure to HR systems, data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a global setting, with hybrid work location.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Interest in data governance, knowledge management, or internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Review, clean, and update HR data and content across HRIS platforms and Intranet.
• Identify obsolete or inaccurate information and coordinate corrections.
• Support migration and consolidation of local content to global standards.
• Assist in documenting procedures and governance processes.
• Participate in audits and quality control activities.
