Thomson Reuters is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Global HR Business Partnering team and support leaders across Product and Product Engineering. You will partner with leaders, coach on organisational matters, and drive belonging and inclusion across HR levers using data-driven insights.

You will anticipate requirements, simplify processes, coordinate activities, and contribute to M&A due diligence as needed, while balancing day-to-day partnering with broader responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven broader HR experience in an HRBP role, ideally at management level.
• Experience in large, complex or matrixed organisations.
• Strong relationship-building, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong judgment and business + people acumen.
• Working knowledge of employee relations and policy/advice on complex matters.
• Experience delivering HR projects alongside business partnering responsibilities.
• Strong data and analytical skills with Workday, Excel and PowerPoint.
