Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an HR Business Partner to support leaders in Product and Product Engineering. You will blend business partnering with project work, coaching and data-driven insights to shape a world-class culture of talent.

In this hybrid role, you will drive workforce planning, talent & performance processes, and inclusion initiatives while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver strategic programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven broader HR experience in an HR business partnering role.
• Experience in a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data and analytical skills with confidence in HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and understand business priorities.
• Provide strategic thought partnership, coaching and constructive challenge.
• Support workforce planning, talent, compensation and performance processes.
• Drive belonging and inclusion across HR levers and culture initiatives.
• Partner with Regional HR and Employee Relations on policies and complex issues.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to design talent programmes.
• Lead strategic projects and coordinate activities across HRBP teams.
• Analyze people data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration as required.
