Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an HR Manager to provide advisory support to defined UK & Ireland units. You will act as a trusted advisor, handling moderately complex to complex people matters and escalation for managers and employees.

You will partner with HRBPs, HR Operations, and Legal to deliver consistent, timely HR solutions, while monitoring case trends and driving improvements in processes and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of UK & Ireland employment law and HR practices.
• Experience advising managers and employees on complex people matters.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation.
• Experience using HR case management systems and HR dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and consultation support to defined UK & Ireland units.
• Act as trusted advisor and Tier 2 escalation point for people matters.
• Partner with HRBP, HR Operations, and Legal to deliver consistent HR solutions.
• Monitor case trends, SLA performance, and feedback to drive improvements.
• Support Talent processes, employee surveys, and pay reviews as needed.
