Job summary

Dandy is expanding its global footprint and seeks an experienced HR professional to lead HR for international growth. You will build scalable HR infrastructure as new sites launch, partnering with GMs and functions to ensure a seamless employee experience across geographies.

You will manage employment contracts, policies, and compliance, and collaborate with recruitment, insurers, and EOR/PEO partners to stand up operations in new markets. Travel to expansion sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager/HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience leading HR for global expansion and new country/site HR operations.
• Ability to build rapport with site leadership and employees across cultures.
• Experience implementing HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing HR investigations and Employee Relations actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for global expansion and stand up HR operations in new markets.
• Prepare contracts, handbook revisions, and communications tailored to local requirements.
• Create and own HR policies for each site/country; ensure cross-jurisdiction compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to improve People processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners (recruiting, insurers, EOR/PEO) for expansion.
