Job summary

Lumon is seeking a People Operations lead to own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across our growing international team. You will manage onboarding, visa checks, and data quality across Cintra, Team Tailor, and payroll interfaces.

You’ll provide first-line people support, drive performance documentation, run engagement surveys, and help shape company policies. The role combines hands-on administration with process improvements in a fast-paced, globally expanding environment.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and offboarding experience across a global workforce.
• Experience managing visas and right-to-work checks.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS and payroll data workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of policy development and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and induction for all employees at all levels.
• Lead visa sponsorship and right-to-work checks globally.
• Manage HRIS (Cintra), ATS (Team Tailor) and payroll data flows.
• Provide first-line employee and manager support via helpdesk, email and phone.
• Own performance documentation, timelines and post-cycle administration.
• Coordinate company-wide engagement surveys and communicate results.
